JAMMU: Vice Chancellor (VC), University of Jammu, Prof. R.D Sharma on Wednesday released a book titled “Good Mind Good Find”, written by Ajeet Singh Nagra, (retd.) Principal and active member of educational wing of Vichar Kranti Manch International, in a function held at the Vice-Chancellor’s chamber, here.
The Vice Chancellor congratulated the author for bringing out the valuable book on moral, ethical and spiritual values. He said that book will definitely provide more and more information about the major faiths of the society.
Prof Sharma further reiterated that the book should be introduced in all educational institutions for comparative study in religions because such books are rarely written in the present scenario.
Prof Sharma said that the Singh has forwarded and brought into the lime light the aims and objectives of Vichar Kranti Manch to foster common understanding among all sections which is the need of the hour.
I.D Soni, Chief Advisor, VKMI and State Commissioner, Bharat Scouts and Guides honoured the Vice-Chancellor. S.K Jain, President of the Manch introduced the members of the Vichar Kranti Manch namely Chander Mohan Sharma, General Secretary, Giat Nandan Jain, Zonal President, Abhinandan Jain, Financial Advisor and Rattan Lal Mahajan, member executive.
