They also alleged that the minister was also not given government vehicle for her visit last night.
A delegation led by BJP district president Surendra Maithani today met City Magistrate Ashutosh Agnihotry and handed over a memorandum.
However, the Magistrate said that a government vehicle was sent receive the Union minister but it did not reach the station on time.
“Due to the delay, the minister refused to sit on the vehicle and left on her own vehicle,” he said.
He said that a probe has been ordered into the matter.
The BJP leaders have also sent copies of the memorandum to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minster Rajnath Singh.
They also claimed that Jyoti was recently attacked by some miscreants in her Lok Sabha constituency Fatehpur and despite that there was a breach of security code.
