Two State Kho-Kho players attend India camps

JAMMU: Two Kho-Kho players from Jammu attended India Camp held recently.
Palbinder Singh, son of Jagdish Singh, resident of Tallen R.S Pura and Bhanupriya, daughter of Santokh Singh, resident of Kharote, Kathua attended national coaching camps at SAI Centre, Bhopal and SAI Centre Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat respectively. The players hailing from Jammu region took part in these camps prior to participation in the South Asian Federation Games being held at Guwahati, Assam from 4th to 9th February 2016.
They have also played in test matches held at Guwahati in Assam from 21st to 22nd January 2016. Both played for India teams of men and women. There were four teams India, Rest of India, India Blue and India Red.
The president of the J and K State Kho-Kho Association Manmeet Singh Amn, Senior Vice President, B.S Tirthi, Honourary General Secretary Harjeet Singh, Anil Sharma Sports Council Coach and Dheeraj Sharma Association Coach, extended best wishes to these players.
