JAMMU: The State government on Wednesday transferred two Under Secretaries.
Shuaib Mohammad Nalkoo, Junior Scale KAS officer of 2011 batch, Under Secretary to Industries and Commerce Department has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary to Revenue Department, vice Latief Ahmad, who has been posted as Under Secretary to Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
