SAMBA: Two pedestrians were injured in Samba on Thursday.
According to police, the incident took place around 10:30 AM when a matador (JK02T 9088 )on its way to Jammu hit a truck (PB13AR-826) at Main Chowk Samba resulting in two pedestrians getting injured. They were shifted to Samba Hospital from where doctors referred them to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu for treatment. The injured were identified as Rani Devi (60 ) wife of Raj Kumar resident of Ghagwal and Dewan Sharma (65) Son of Ananat Ram resident of Parani Hiranagar. Police has registered a case in this connection and started investigation.
