KATHUA: Police on Friday arrested two youths and recovered 15.84 grams heroin from their possession.
Reacting swiftly on a specific information, Anti Drugs Cell of Kathua Police headed by DSP (Prob) arrested two notorious drug peddlers namely Darshan Lal alias Pandit son of Chajju Ram resident of Chak Ram Singh and Daljit Singh alias Rocky son of Trilochan Singh resident of Logate Morh and recovered 10.09 gram and 5.75 gram heroin respectively from their possession. These drug peddlers were arrested on NHW near CTM where they were supplying narcotic drugs to youth in Kathua town. A case vide FIR No 93/2016 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered against them in Police Station Kathua. The operation was conducted under the supervision of SSP Kathua Neeva Jain.
