Dear Editor,
Never-ending television serials make viewers psychologically sick by making them television-addicted. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting should frame some guidelines so that single-story television serials have some maximum number of episodes say around 52. However, such a restriction may not be for a serial with separate story for each episode. Epic serials with a known story like Ramayana, Mahabharat etc may be exempted from such restriction.
