JAMMU: Senior Under Officer (SUO) Tsering Angmo, a student of Government College for Women, Parade, bagged best cadet award for the year 2015. She received a cheque of Rs. 2,500 through NCC Directorate, J and K State. Principal of the College, Dr. Hemla Aggarwal and Lt. Suman Lata congratulated the cadet for her future endeavour.
