JAMMU: The public of Ward No.53, Sector No.2 and 3, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu expressed their gratitude to Abdul Rehman Veeri, Minister for Public Works and Parliamentary Affairs for conceding their demand of black topping of roads in a record time period, this was said by Amrik Singh Reen, senior leader PDP while addressing a press conference here on Wednesday.
Reen told the media persons that a deputation of residents of Ward No.53 led by him met Minister Abdul Rehman Veeri on 27th April and apprised him about the problems regarding absolutely ignoring the area of Ward.
The black topping and repair of main roads was the main agenda discussed with the minister which was a long pending demand, he said adding that the public of the area appreciated the minister concerned for completing the work within short span of time.
