The master bedroom of the house must ideally be in the southern part of the house. Doing that will attract good energy and prosperity.
Doors should open and close smoothly, nothing should block its movement as that also means blocking of good vibes and fresh air.
Keep the bedroom neat and tidy regularly. An untidy and cluttered room attracts negative energy and will weigh you down, while clean surroundings can give a fulfilling effect to the room.
Your bedroom should not have many doors or entrances. Try to ensure that the ceiling is not leaning to one side. Your bed should not touch the walls.
At the time of sleeping, ensure that your head is in the south direction. Keeping your feet in this direction is considered inauspicious.
Avoid having your meals in the bedroom, especially on the bed. Stick to the dining room for that. Water sources like aquariums should not be kept in your bedroom as it can cause conflicts in relationships.
Television should not be placed in the bedroom. If you have a habit of watching TV in your bedroom, then cover it with a plastic cover and never a cloth one.
Place some pleasant painting at the entrance of your bedroom, it will soothe your mind. Avoid paintings that depict sorrow or waterfall. Mirror must not placed in front or at the side of the bed.
Spend time in your bedroom. Do your reading, writing and listening to music (and other hobbies) in your bedroom.
Actions that give you happiness will increase the positive aura in your bedroom, and make it a calm and happy place.
Keep doors and windows open for at least 15-20 minutes daily. This ensures proper ventilation, which is a must as you spend almost one-third of your life in the confines of your bedroom.
Make an attempt to stay away from sharp corners and edges in your bedroom. Let the edges of furniture be smooth.
For better harmony in relationships, couples must sleep on a single mattress rather than two different (single-bed) ones. Share a pillow too if you can.
