AKHNOOR: Police on Thursday arrested three thieves and recovered stolen items from their possession .
According to a report, a motorcycle (JKO2T /2846) stolen from Rama Palace Sungal Morh on 27th Nov 2015 has been recovered on Thursday from the possession of Rohit Sharma son of Subash Chander resident of Nai Basti Thathi Akhnoor.
A case under FIR No 223/15 section 379 RPC was registered and further investigation is in progress
In another incident, one mobile (Samsung Duos) and 40 water taps have been recovered from the possession of Parveen Kumar son of Kala Ram and Mukesh Kumar son of Bodh Raj both residents of Malpur Suan No 1 which they stole from MES Camp Dummi Malpur. The arrest was made by police party of Police Station Akhnoor under the supervision of SDPO Akhnoor Naresh Singh, Addl SP Rural Rajeev Pandey and under the overall supervision of SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
