REASI : Police on Tuesday arrested three absconders from Reasi and Doda Districts.
According to a report, on specific information, a police team from Police Station Reasi led by Inspector Dalip Singh, SHO Police Station Reasi arrested an absconder namely Mohd Ashraf son of Abdul Rashid resident of Jamslan Tehsil Mahore District Reasi who was defaulter from trial in case vide FIR No. 48/2014 under section 379 RPC and arrest warrant was issued by Court under section 512/Cr.PC against him.
Meanwhile, two absconders namely, Muzaffar Hussain son of Abdul Rashid and Mohd Shafi son of Jamaloo Sheikh resident of Soti,Tehsil Gandoh, who were involved in case FIR No.11/2009 under sections 354/109 RPC of Police Station Bhaderwah and evading their arrest since long were arrested by Bhadarwah Police. The Court of Sub Judge Bhadarwah had issued warrants under section 512 CrPC against both the absconders on 27th June 2012.
Both the absconders were produced in the Court at Bhadarwah, from where they have been further dispatched to judicial lock up at Kishtwar.
