Life these days is full of stress and everyone is having its own problems and issues, and feel difficult to cope-up with the situation. STATE TIMES interacted with Motivational speaker Rajesh Sharma who is also DGM, Territory Manager Bharat Petroleum in Western UP, who shared his Mantras and tips to live a happy life.
Rajesh Sharma shared, “We give, share with others what we have. If I have to give happiness to someone I need to be happy first. I need to be stress-free and contented. I believe we all have some time and I don’t believe on this, that we don’t have for our self. What we all need to do is thought management and this is what I practice.”
He added that Bhagwat Gita gives you immense positivity and path to live a good life. “It says, follow the procedure and go towards results. It makes us learn positivity. We need to understand that positive thinking doesn’t mean that you ignore life’s less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst. One must read Bhagwat Gita to understand the real values of life’, he added.
Rajesh further shared that if the thoughts that run through your head are mostly negative, your outlook on life is more likely pessimistic. If your thoughts are mostly positive, you’re likely an optimist – someone who practices positive thinking. Positive thinking, thought awareness, and rational thinking are simple tools that help you turn this around.
“We need to understand our energy and learn to manage our thoughts. We must work on our thoughts. Our energy is drained if we think negative and similarly, our energy is saved and increases if we think positive. We all need to cultivate good Sanskar. We all need to understand the thin line between expecting and accepting. This can give rise to a new positive environment. We need to make our children learn this technique so that they become mentally fit,” stated Sharma.
