JAMMU: Jammu based NGO ‘The Performers”, on Monday released an Aarti regarding Surya Putri Tawishi.
This is the first ever Aarti of audio video recording made by The Performer released at Abhinav Theater, here.
The CD also highlights the importance of Surya Putri in the Dogra region of Jammu.
The prominent who attended the function were Editor-in-Chief STATE TIMES Raj Daluja, Hridayanand Swami, Ritu Singh, Yudhvir Sethi, Priya Sethi, Raman Bhalla, Raj Kumar Gupta, Variender Singh, Namrata Sharma, Gaurav Chopra, Amit Kumar, Geeta Thakur, R. S Patania, Subha Mehta, Pardeep Dutta, Manish Gupta, Narender Sharma, Balbir Singh, Kulbir Handa, Aarti Thakur, Kirti Sharma, Satpal Bali and others. While addressing the gathering, Sunaina Sharma Mehta (Joint Secretary of Tourism) said this is first ever initiative taken by The Performer group to promote our heritage and the culture. She also expressed a hope that The Performer group will take these kind of initiative to highlight the Dogra culture.
Ritu Singh also appreciated Suryaputri Tawishi Aarti and describe the history of it. Maha Mandleshwar Rameshwar Dass Swami also appreciated the efforts of Urja Singh for disseminating the religious culture of India. The prominent personalities of Jammu who participated in the Aarti including Ravinder Sharma, Vinay Duggar, Rekha Sharma, Sandhya Sharma, Vijay Jittu, Rabiya Khujria, Kulbir Kaur, Sundhi Sharma, Khwaish Gupta, Deepak Sharma, Subhash Jamwal, Sunny, Randeep Singh, Ashish Sharma, Kanta Sharma, Rahul Khatri, Madhu Dubey, Tapeshwar, Usha Salathia, Naveen Punjabi, Archana, Vinay Sultan, Parmod, Sunial Kakkar and Sunil Sharma.
Earlier, Urja Singh presented welcome and address while vote of thanks was presented by Neelam Bhardwaj. Aarti Samyal coordinated the program. The singer and lyricist of this Aarti include Neelam Bhardwaj produced by Urja Singh, directed by Aditya Bhanu, music by Kumar Gaurav, concept by Urja Singh, DOP Vikram Mehta, Production Manager Vishal Mangotra and show was hosted by renowned Anchor Parveen Sharma.
