UDHAMPUR: The Territorial Army Group Headquarter under the aegis of Army’s Northern Command will be organising recruitment rally for Soldier General Duty, Tradesmen (Chef Community and Driver) categories from 15th to 20th June 2015 at Kargil. The trade test will be held on 17th June 2015 and medical examination on 16th June 2015 while interviews will be held between 18th June to 20th June 2015.
A total of 40 vacancies for Kargil and Leh Districts (General Duty Soldier:37 and Tradesman: 03) have been earmarked for Engineer Regiment (Territorial Army). The recruitment rally will be held at Army Helipad Ground Kargil from 6 AM onwards. On 15th June 2015 the candidates from Leh Districts shall be screened and on 16th June 2015 the candidates from Kargil.
Earlier, Army recruitment rallies were held at Surankot, Doda, Reasi, Anantnag, Baramulla and Kupwara in the last week of April 2015 to fill up 1305 vacancies. The results of which are likely to be declared in the last week of June 2015.
Territorial Army recruitment rallies are being held in J and K for raising of three battalions of Engineer regiment.
