Dear Editor,
Technology has made communication across the globe almost instantaneous, but establishing contacts between two minds in a family has not been possible at that pace. It is observed that technological growth has brought down religious and spiritual values, thus establishing a huge wall of jealousy, hatred and selfishness among people. The sequential effect is that people are drifting away from family life and bondage. Globalisation, liberalisation and digitalisation have been achieved at the cost of religious and spiritual values which has invariably brought down humility in individuals. Thanks to technology, the world has virtually become small, but the relationship and bondage among people in society have apparently fallen miles apart.
