JAMMU: It is with great pride that the JK Public School Basketball Team has achieved remarkable success by securing the Runners-Up Trophy in the Inter-Zonal District Level Basketball Boys (U-14) Competitions held on 23 and 24 July 2024 at MA Stadium Jammu. The team played under the Satwari Zone.
The winners include Vedant Gupta, Saksham Gupta, Kanav Mehra, Zabariya Rabban, Ansh Billowaria, Manan Mahajan and Nischay Verma.
Team JKPS displayed outstanding skill, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the tournament and secured a well-deserved position as runners-up.
Shashi Chaudhary, Director JK Educational Society and School Principal Rajesh Rathore congratulated the entire team for their commendable performance. They also lauded the School Coach Manoj Solanki and Subash Chander (HOD (Sports) for their relentless efforts in training and preparing the players for the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Rajesh Rathore said that this achievement not only highlights the athletic prowess of our students but also reinforces JK Public School’s commitment to promoting sports and extracurricular activities.
