JAMMU: The Business School (TBS), University of Jammu, has once again demonstrated its excellence in management education by securing 8th position in Return on Investment (ROI) and 28th position in the Government B-School category in the highly acclaimed BT-MDRA Best B-School Survey Silver Jubilee Edition, published in October 2024. This recognition places TBS as the only B-school from Jammu & Kashmir to be ranked among the top management institutions in the country.
This year’s ranking reflects a notable improvement compared to the previous year, where TBS was ranked 11th in ROI and 33rd among top Government B-Schools of India, published in BT-MDRA Best B-School ranking (July 08, 2023) and 9th position in prestigious India Today Best B-Schools Ranking for Value for Money (November 13, 2023). The consistent upward trajectory highlights the institution’s dedication to provide quality education, strengthening corporate linkages, and enhancing the employability and success of its students.
Prof. Umesh Rai, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, expressed his appreciation and congratulated the entire TBS team, including faculty members, students, alumni, and other stakeholders of the department and the University, for their outstanding efforts that led to this achievement. He stressed upon the significance of participating in such rankings as they provide an opportunity to showcase the institution’s strengths on a national platform and encouraged further initiatives by the department to enhance institutional excellence.
