Tathya Welfare Foundation organises medical camp

JAMMU: Tathya Welfare Foundation on Tuesday organized one-day free medical camp in collaboration with Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Jammu at Kalwan Basti, opposite BSF camp, Channi Rama, Jammu for the slum dwelling people who were not getting the treatment during the time of pandemic of deadly coronavirus.
The camp was held under the outreach programme of Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Shalamar, Jammu.
The team of medical officers and paramedical staff conducted the free camp and a large number of people benefited from the camp which included facilities for consultation, check-up and distribution of free medicines.
The team consisted of Medical Officers and paramedical staff which was deputed for duty in the said camp and the names of the officers are Dr. Harbaksh Singh, Dr. Amardeep Kour, Neelam Kumar, Parul Sharma and Shiv Kumar.
Sheetal (President) of the Tathya Welfare Foundation Trust stated that the motive behind forming the trust is to provide basic necessities like clothing, medical, education and shelter etc. to the society which is still a dream for many. She also added that Tathya Welfare Foundation will always be there to help the poor and be the guardian to the people who is in urgent need of help.
All the office bearers of the Tathya Welfare Foundation of the trust were also present namely Ishtiaq Ahmed (Vice-President), Dr. Rajinder Thappa (General-Secretary), Amit Sharma (Joint-Secretary) and Advocate Gourab Sharma (Legal Advisor), along with other members Kushal Kumar, Sat Kumar Sharma, Dhanvir and Afsha. The president along with all members presented vote of thanks to all.
