JAMMU: Fortune Hotels’ Tandoori Treasure Festival at Earthen Oven, the Specialty North Indian restaurant at Fortune Inn Riviera will give a reason to foodies of Jammu to feel delighted by enjoying sumptuous delicacies from 9th to 18th January 2015.
Speaking on the occasion, Gaurav Singh Manhas, General Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, informed that the festival will present food connoisseurs the entire ten days to experience a whole range of Kebabs and Tandoori dishes, crafted with utmost care.
“A wide array of options would be presented as part of the set menu offering. Chef Basir and Chef Babu, along with their crew at Earthen Oven, are all set to dole out some exclusive Kebab recipes for the food connoisseurs,” he said.
The General Manager maintained that the sumptuous fare at the festival will include a wide range of non-vegetarian and vegetarian Kebabs, Tikkas, signature Earthen Oven Dal, Paranthas, Desserts and much more. The menu features a wide variety of ‘melt-in-the-mouth’ Kebabs, prepared with great care and special attention to monitor intricacies of balancing flavours.”
The spread will include an interesting mix of dishes like Murgh Zafrani, Mahi Sarso KaTikka, Kadak Seekh Kebab, Bhutte Ki Seekh, Pan Ki Khumb, Bharwan Achari Paneer Tikka, Gunccha Keema and much more. These will be served with curries such as Nalli Gosht, Murgh Handi Korma, Earthen Ovel Dal, Paneer Lababdar, etc.
With the festival endeavouring to provide an unmatched dining experience, the aroma of unlimited kebabs and curries is sure to lift your spirits and take you on a pleasurable culinary journey, he added.
“During the festival, the dinner timings will be 7:00 to 11:00 PM from 9th to 18th January 2015”, the General Manager said.
The Tandoori Treasure Festival is also running at Fortune Hotels in Bengaluru, Chennai, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Mysore, Noida, Thane, Tirupati and Visakhapatnam.
