JAMMU: Annual Summer Camp titled ‘Thanda-Thanda Cool-Cool’ commenced on Thursday at JK Montessorie British School under the supervision of Academic Director Rajni Gupta and Vice Principal Geeta Dixit. Coordinator Vandana Gupta, Choreographer Smile, Co-curricular Incharge Kamaljeet Kour, Meena Gupta, Aanchal Anand and Art Teacher Pushpinder Kour Plethora of activities is being organized for the participants.
The main motive of the camp is to enhance hidden abilities of the campers and develop the team spirit among them.
The camp is divided into three groups Classes Nursery to UKG
(group-I), Ist to 3rd (group-II) and 4th to 6th (group-III). Special features of the camp include activities like aerobics with Zumba , Yoga, splash pool, music, dance, life skills and cookery.
On the day one, treasure hunt was the big hit amongst the campers who were divided into groups and various clues were given to them according to which they had to reach to the final destination.
The winner groups from each age categories won the prizes.
