JAMMU: Under NABARD scheme, the former minister and senior BJP leader Choudhary Sukhnandan Kumar started the road work from Pounichak to Kharian via Khanpur which will connect many villages in the area.
This project costing Rs 2.50 crore will be very beneficial to all the surrounded villagers, said the former Minister, adding that Modi government is making all efforts to develop the rural India.
Sukhnandan assured that Modi’s vision is to make India a developed nation by 2047 when the country completes 100 years of independence.
“We will have to fulfil the resolve we took, the promises we made to the coming generation”, the senior BJP leader said urging all to intensify efforts. “The contribution of everyone is important to achieve the goal of being a developed country”, Sukhnandan said quoting PM Modi.
