POONCH: The Sub Judge (Judicial Magistrate) Surankote Pardeep Kumar Sandhu on 18th March, 2016 convicted the accused Fareed Ahmed Khan son of Hidayat Ali Khan resident of Lassana, Tehsil Surankote in case No FIR 90/2012 and sentenced two years simple imprisonment with a fine of Rs 1,000 under section 332 RPC and sentenced one year simple imprisonment for one year with Rs 500 fine under section 353 RPC.
A case was registered against Fareed Ahmed Khan in Police Station Surankote under FIR 90/2012 under section 332 and 353 RPC. After completing the police investigation the Challan was produced by the police in the Court of Sub Judge Surankote. The case was contested by Senior Prosecuting Officer Surankote Mohd Riaz on behalf of State while Adv Raja Sarfraz Ahd pleaded the case of accused.
