JAMMU: Three Jammu students Arunav Arora, Sanchit Dass and Vishali brought laurels to the J and K state by clearing the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) Stage II exam conducted by NCERT at the National level.
By doing so they not only have found a place in the top 1,000 students selected by NCERT but at the same time they have brought a proud moment for their school, a proud feeling for their parents and a sense of great happiness and satisfaction to their mentors in pursuit of this great achievement.
All these students have been trained at STEPS-an institute for School Programs and Olympiads in Jammu and all are studying in class 11th in Delhi Public School.
These students now become eligible for the academic scholarships up to Ph.D level. Also this achievement of theirs will prove to be a platform which will motivate them to achieve similar results in future competitive Scholarship programmes and various Entrance Examinations enroute to their studies viz KVPY, Medical/Engg. Entrances, IAS and CLAT etc.
