JAMMU: Organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Fencing Association, the 15th J and K Open State Fencing Championship shall start tomorrow at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here.
The three-day event is sponsored by the J and K State Sports Council. The inaugural function shall be held at 3:00 PM, a handout issued here on Monday informed.
