JAMMU: Two-day State Cycling Championship, organised by Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association concluded on Monday at MA Stadium, here with the holding of prize distribution function.
Around 100 cyclists from various parts of the State took part in this competition. General Secretary of J and K Olympic Association and Vice President of the J and K Cycling Association, Ashutosh Sharma was Chief Guest, who presented medals and certificates to the position holders.
Ravinder Singh, Om Parkash Sharma, Rahul Kumar, Ravi Salgotra, Vikesh Kumar, Balvinder Singh (Goldy), Puneet Kour, Rakesh Verma and Karan Digpal were among others present.
Final results:
Under-12 boys: Vedaansh Arora (Jammu) 1st, Parnav Balgotra (Jammu) 2nd and Saksham Sharma (Jammu) 3rd.
Senior Men: Yougesh Sharma (Udhampur) 1st, Waheed Ah. Ganie (Budgam) 2nd and Parwez Ahmed (Budgam) 3rd.
MTB section: Sudhanshu Sudan (Jammu) 1st, Chitresh (Jammu) 2nd and Rohit Kumar (Jammu) 3rd.
