JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council Coaches Association on Thursday welcomed the government move to appoint one of the members, Waheed-ur-Rehman Para as Incharge Secretary, State Sports Council.
Waheed on Thursday assumed the charge of the post from Jawaid Ahmed Shah, who has been asked to report at General Administration Department (GAD).
In a meeting held under the chairmanship of Satish Gupta, the Coaches Association expects some good employees and sports friendly initiatives from the new Secretary.
