SRINAGAR: Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta on Friday nominated three members to serve the panel of Chairmen during the session. These include, Mohammad Shafi, M. Y. Tarigami and Ch. Sukhnandan.
Meanwhile, Secretary Legislative Assembly, M. Ramzan read out message in the House regarding two Bills passed by both Houses of Legislature which have been assented to by the Governor on 21st and 28th of October 2015.
These Bills included “The Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities (Amendment) Bill, 2015 (L.A. Bill No. 7 of 2015)” and “the Jammu and Kashmir Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Bill, 2015 (L.A. Bill No. 8 of 2015)”.
