JAMMU: The Speaker, Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta on Sunday inaugurated DRS Kids School at Chowadi, Sainik Colony.
MLA Samba, Dr Davinder Kumar Manyal, Managing Director DRS School, Narjeet Kour, parents and students were also present on the occasion.
Kavinder Gupta said that preschool serves as first step for child’s development where foundation of personality development and inculcation of moral values can be effectively enthused besides providing theoretical knowledge.
Speaker asked teaching fraternity to work with dedication and impart quality education to the students.
He also greeted the management of DRS Kids for opening its primary wing and expressed happiness that school will impart education as per CBSE (IB) pattern to the tiny toys of Sainik Colony area.
On the occasion, the students of the pre-primary wing presented colourful programme which was applauded by one and all.
