JAMMU: United Sikh Council (USC) on Wednesday paid rich tributes to Shaheed Jashjeet Singh who was martyred on 4th June, 2015 in police firing.

President USC Kuldeep Singh alongwith other office bearers held a press conference in which he said that it was a case of its own kind in which the police in the very first instance resorted to firing without exhausting other means of controlling the situation and the youth was fired upon in the head from point blank distance.
