BILLAWAR: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma, Senior Congress Leader, PCC General Secretary and former Minister expressed serious concern over the steep rise in militants attack on armed forces, para military force and Jammu and Kashmir Police and strongly condemned the resent cowardly attack of terrorists on CRPF camp at Lethipora in Srinagar in which five CRPF Jawans were killed and three others were injured.
Dr Sharma pointed out that the steep rise in ceasefire violations by the Pakistani troops and Rangers on the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir is a matter of concern for the security of country. He also condemned the recent incident of ceasefire violation on IB in Samba in which one BSF Head Constable Radha Pada Hazara was killed by sniper shot of Pakistan Rangers. He said that it is a matter of great concern that the Pakistani Rangers had repeatedly violated ceasefire 820 times in 2017 and 221 times in 2016 on LoC in which a number of soldiers of BSF and Armed forces attained martyrdom.
Dr Sharma said that the previous week at LOC in Poonch Sector five brave soldiers of Indian Army were killed in the Pak firing in another incident of ceasefire violation.
Dr Sharma said that the BJP and Modi Govt. should remained extra conscious while framing foreign policy especially dealing with Pakistan and China. He further pointed out that the NDA Govt led by the Prime Minister Modi should revisit its foreign policy, awake from deep slumber and introspect how their foreign policy has dashed in view of no vision.
Dr Sharma further said that the Modi government is strong in words only and when it comes in delivery, they are providing a weakest government to India.
Dr Sharma also said that the Modi government is always trying to befool the people of the Nation by their false propaganda, but Pakistan is issuing threat to the national security and the NDA Coalition Government in centre does not pay any heed to such serious issues.
