JAMMU: Division Bench of Jammu and Kashmir High Court comprising Chief Justice M.M Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan asked the Court liquidator to file a report and also directed directors of Sheen Finance Company to cooperate with the CA.
The Public Interest Litigation filed by Welfare Association of Share Holders of Sheen Finance and Investment (India), Sheen Agro Plantation Ltd and Sheen Road Links Limited.
The Bench observed that in pursuance of the directions issued in order dated 11th November, 2014, counsel for respondents have stated that directors represented by their counsels have appeared for the Chartered Accountant as well as the Court liquidator and the aforesaid statement has not been disputed by Court liquidator.
