Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum, DBPS condole demise of Rajesh Gupta

JAMMU: To express grief on the untimely demise of Rajesh Gupta, former MLA Jammu East, the All J&K 1947 PoJK Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum convened a meeting of its core committee members under leadership of its President Amrik Singh and Secretary, Surjit Singh.
Terming demise of Gupta as a great loss to J&K as well as nation, the forum members said that Rajesh Gupta was a young and dynamic personality who did tremendous development in his. He had also served as District President for two tenures and led youth wing of Bharatiya Janta Party. “Sudden death of Rajesh Gupta has created a wedge in the society which will never be recovered,” the members added and observe two minutes in his memory besides praying to Almighty for his heavenly abode and granting strength to bereaved family for bearing such irreparable loss.
Prominent among others present on the occasion included Inder Singh Soodan, Paramjit Singh, Nasib Singh, Kuldeep Singh. Prof K D Singh, Kuldip Singh Kukku, Paramjit Singh Shingari, H S Sudan, Jagjit Singh, Khazan Singh, Manjit Singh, Sudesh Sharma and Mela Ram.
Meanwhile, Dogra Brahaman Pradhinidhi Sabha (DBPS), Parade condoled the demise of Rajesh Gupta, Ex-MLA.
In a meeting held under the chairmanship of Ved Parkash Sharma, President, members prayed to Almighty to give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
Besides Ved Prakash Sharma, Parshotam Sharma, Senior Advocate, Chander Mohan Sharma, Chairman Tawi Andolan and Senior BJP Leader, Sojanya Sharma, Ex- Commissioner JMC V.M. Magotra, Vice President Nanak Chand Sharma, Secretary Jagannath Sharma, M.L Padha, K.L Sharma Gurdas Sharma, Satpal Sharma, Subash Shastri, Ramesh Sharma, Rajesh Bargotra and Reetiz Khajuria paid rich tributes to the departed soul.
The Sabha also condemned vendalisation of Vasuki Nag Temple in Bhaderwah and demanded strict action against the mischievous culprits elements involved in this heinous crime.
