JAMMU: Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), UT of Jammu and Kashmir asked Sapna Kotwal, JKAS, Secretary, J&K Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People to look after the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) activities during Lok Sabha Elections, 2024.
“As you have lot of experience of SVEEP activity. You have done many things with regard to maximizing voter turnout and enhancing participation in the electoral process during your posting as Deputy District Election Officer in Udhampur district. In order to take benefit of your experience, you are requested to assist this office’s SVEEP programme, scrutnization of various short/animated films, jingles, creative and other campaign material designed by vendors and its execution at district level,” reads a letter written by Chief Electoral Officer, UT of Jammu and Kashmir to Sapna Kotwal, JKAS, Secretary, J&K Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People.
