BISHNAH: Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organised a voluntary blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, here on Sunday.
Devotees from all age group participated with great enthusiasm in the camp to spread the message of Baba ji that “Blood should flow in veins and not in drains”.
The camp was inaugurated by Shantmannu, Chief Electoral Officer, J and K State, who interacted with the volunteers and congratulated them for this noble cause. Sarita Chouhan, Commissioner Secretary, Higher Education Department, J and K, was also present.
Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Dr Nazia, Blood Bank, Government Medical College Jammu, Rani Lachotra Chairman Study Villa Charitable Trust and several prominent citizens of the society.
Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge, Zone 1 J and K, Sant Nirankari Mandal welcomed Chief Guest and all dignitaries present and said that Sant Nirankari Mission is offering selfless services for the benefit and welfare of mankind. Satpal, Mukhi, SNM Branch Bishnah thanked all presented on the occasion.
The camp was held in collaboration with Blood Bank, Government Medical College Jammu, Indian Red Cross Society Jammu Region and JKSACS.
