JAMMU: The State Government on Friday transferred two KAS officers. Hitesh Gupta, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Marh, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the Governor’s Secretariat while Sidharth Dhiman, Under Secretary, Relief and Rehabilitation Department has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the Governor’s Secretariat.
