Sangarsh felicitates national champions

RAJOURI: Sangarsh-a civic movement for Justice, Equality, Peace, Prosperity and Brotherhood in a programme held here in collaboration with Government PG College Rajouri paid rich tribute to Netaji Subash Chander Bose on his Birth Anniversary.
The main attraction of the programme remained the felicitation of the young martial arts students of United Martial Arts Club led by Coach Yasmeen Kouser from Rajouri who won medals at national level in the WAKO India Kick boxing Championship held at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi.
Those who got medals include Loarib Qureshi (gold), Irfan Naik (silver), Mohd Musab Dar (silver), Shaiyla Shakeel (bronze) and Nafiza Kouser (bronze). Sangarsh also felicitated Sehar Salim for representing country in the International Science Congress held at Pune , Maharashtra.
Speaking during the programme, Kuldeep Raj Gupta, Vice Chairman Pahari Advisory Board claimed these students as the asset of the State. Gupta described Netaji as the prince of all revolutionaries who laid their everything for the supreme cause of the freedom of the motherland.Gupta claimed Netaji as the real youth icon who being super intellectual of their era choose the path of struggle for the independence of the nation. Gupta appealed to the masses to superimpose the selfless path of service towards nation. Youth leader and Chief Resource Person Sangarsh Vikrant Sharma claimed that Sangarsh is putting all efforts to realise the dreams of great heroes like Netaji Subash Chander Bose.
Prominent persons who were present included Vishal Pahari, Advocate Israr Mirza, Muneer Mirza, Joginder Gupta, Salamdin and Kanav Badyal.
Earlier welcome address was presented by Prof. Javed Mughal.
