KATHUA: Rukmankesh Mehra son of Kewal Krishan and Chanchal Devi resident of Ward No. 5, Lakhanpur, Kathua, has been declared qualified for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Biotechnology by the Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
He worked on the topic, ‘Discovery of New Inhibitors of Therapeutically Validated Bacterial Targets by Applying Molecular Modeling Techniques’, under the supervision of Dr Inshad Ali Khan and Dr Amit Nargotra (CSIR-IIIM, Jammu).
