REASI: The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion at Talwara under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Uniform Force Headquarters, Reasi organised debate and painting competition for school children under its Op Sadbhavna project with an aim to build confidence, personality and expression skills in young students in a quest for personality development of children hailing from remote areas. In all 75 students participated with enthusiasm showcasing their talent. The debate was based on ‘Promoting Communal Harmony in Jammu and Kashmir’.
The goodwill event by army was appreciated by the local populace and guardians. The students were thankful to the army for giving them wide exposure through such an event.
The Headmaster of the School thanked the army and said that , such events help shaping up the personality of students thus making them more confident about their future and also foster bonds of friendship between the army and local populace.
