‘Recognise 2015 as year of meditation’

JAMMU: The followers of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust celebrated New Year with a pledge to recognise 2015 as the year of meditation.
Chairperson Swarangan Meditation Raj Kumar Dogra said that the benefits of meditation are manifold. “If a person wants to live a contented life free from stress, tension and anxiety then meditation is the only answer”, added Dogra. “Meditation is an essential practice for mental hygiene. A calm mind, good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication, blossoming of skills and talents, unshakeable inner strength, healing, rejuvenation and good luck are all natural results of meditating regularly”, he stressed.
Dogra said that the meditation is actually a mantra which calms down mind and also helps in keeping it alert.
Dogra asked followers to recognise 2015 as the year of meditation and remain free from stress, tension, anxiety and negativity.
