POONCH: The Election Commission of India has ordered re-poll at polling Station Chungan-B of Assembly Constituency Mendhar. The Commission has fixed 7th December 2014 (Sunday) for conducting fresh poll at the said polling Station between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Commission under Section 68 (1) (b) of the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the Peoples Act, 1957, has declared the poll taken on 2nd December 2014 (Tuesday) at the Polling Station 34-Chungan-B of 86-Assembly Constituency Mendhar, as void.
