Ration dealers seek commission

JAMMU: Jammu City Ration Dealers Association (JCRDA) on Tuesday demanded from the government to release commission to the ration dealers.
“State Government should release the commission to the ration dealers which is not given to them since the launch of NFSA in February 2016,” Probhu Dayal Sharma, President of the Association, told reporters here on Tuesday.
The dealers, he said, are facing difficulty to feed their children so government should release the commission at the rate of Rs 143 per quintal forthwith.
“Government should also receive money from the dealers after deducting their commission,” he said
General Secretary, Sanjay Abrol raised the issue of late supply of ration to the dealers and asked government to arrange more vehicles to supply ration to the dealers in time.
Senior member, Arun Chibber asked the concerned aithirities to provide free of cost gunny bags to the dealers.
