BUDGAM: First phase of randomization of poll personnel was conducted today by District Election Officer Budgam. Out of 5,400 employees, 2,744 were selected randomly for polling duty as Presiding Officer, Polling Officer 1st, Polling Officer 2nd and Polling Officer 3rd.
