Randhawa dedicates newly installed transformer to public

JAMMU: MLC Ch Vikram Randhawa on Monday dedicated a newly installed transformer to the people of Village Rohi in Panchayat Gadigarh of Gandhi Nagar Constituency.
Randhawa dedicated 100 KVA Energy Efficient Level-2 Sub Station along with HT line and improving LT network by inserting more poles at village Rohi Morh to cater to the needs of more than hundred houses.
He said that the installation of the transformer in the area was a long pending demand of the people who were facing power scarcity especially during summers.
Randhawa said that the problem was brought to his notice by the local residents after which an amount of Rs. 7.30 lakh was released out of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and the transformer with High Tension (HT) line now stands installed.
XEn J.P Singh, AEE Manjeet Singh, AE Raj Kumar, JE Rohan Gupta, Jagir Singh, Tara Singh, Dildar Singh, Bikram Singh, Satvinder Singh, Pitamber Sharma and Ashok Sharma were also present.
