Ram Pal Sharma appointed President of Brahman Sabha Hiranagar

JAMMU: President All J&K Dogra Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha Chankaya Chowk, Parade Jammu, Ved Parkash Sharma on Wednesday appointed Ram Pal Sharma as President of Brahman Sabha Hiranagar.
Earlier, Rishikesh Sharma, President Brahman Sabha Hiranagar had resigned from the post of President on attaining the age of 90 years, as due to old age his movements had become restricted and he was unable to perform his duties effectively.
However Rishikesh Sharma was named as Patron-in-Chief of Brahman Sabha Hiranagar by Ved Parkash Sharma.
Ved Parkash termed Ram Pal Sharma as thorough gentleman, sober, simple, sincere, soft-spoken, hardworking and dedicated social worker. His family is very benevolent and always comes forward for giving donations to religious and social organizations, he added.
Ved Parkash assured full cooperation to Ram Pal.
Ram Pal Sharma paid obeisance to Bhagwan Shree Parshuram Dham Gurah Mundian. After that, Ram Pal Sharma was given warm welcome by garlanding by M.L Toofan, President Parshuram Dham, Mangal Dass Dogra, master Mohinder Kumar, Tarsem Raj, Bhagmal Khajuria Sarpanch, Satpal, Sadaugermal, Sudesh Kumar Sapanch, Roop Lal Secretary, Yash Pal, Prshotam of Mela, Pritam of Panjgrain, Kishori Lal and Satish Sharma of Gurah Mundian.
