KATHUA: Delegation of youth National Conference activists led by Provincial Secretary Harpreet Singh Sethi met the President National Conference Dr. Farooq Abdullah and highlighted various problems of the district.
Dr Farooq gave a patient hearing and assured them redressalof all the issues. Meanwhile Dr Farooq appointed Rakesh Kumar Raju as District President Youth National Conference Kathua. On this occasion Provincial President Jammu Devinder Singh Rana was also present.
The Youth NC activists Kathua accorded warm welcome to Rakesh Kumar Raju as District President Kathua and led him to Shaheedi Chowk in the shape of a big rally. The Provincial Secretary Harpreet Singh Sethi and Provincial Secretary Devinder Mehta thanked Dr Farooq Abdullah for the appointment of Rakesh Kumar. In his address Raju said that he would do his best for strengthening the party at grass root level.
Prominent among others present include Sunny Sharma, Surinder Aryan, Rajesh Kumar Ragu, Pardeep Kessar, Rohit Gupta and Amit Sharma.
