RAJOURI: Towards upgradation and modernisation of logistic infrastructure at Rajouri, Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) kerb side pump at Advance Landing Ground (ALG) Rajouri for direct refueling of helicopters and aircrafts established by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited
was inaugurated on Monday by Major General Saranjeet Singh, GOC, Ace of Spade Division in presence of R.K Rai, Operational Head Aviation, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited India.
This facility will not only boost the logistic infrastructure of army but will also be instrumental in providing safe and quick refueling facility to army and civil helicopters landing at this ALG.
This will also minimise losses of ATF while
handling.
The facility will cater for needs of both army as well as civil helicopters which will be a great asset while providing relief during operation as well as natural calamities.
