Raina urges LG to resolve issues of agitating lawyers

JAMMU: Commenting upon ongoing agitation of lawyers in Jammu on the issue of having all courts/tribunals/ Commissions/Forum at one place, Ravinder Raina, President Jammu Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party has called upon LG Administration to start talks and deliberations with Lawyers so that all issues are resolved amicably.
He said that continuing strike and work suspension by lawyers under the circumstances is not only against public and litigants bit also against lawyers community particularly young advocates who will find it difficult to survive financially due to long strike which has been started by Bar Association on genuine demands of lawyers.
Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu and Kashmir President noted that lawyers have always made huge contributions to the society and their taking upon issues of community and public at large are well appreciated. Jammu Bar Association is known for Nationalistic approach and has been strong voice of Nationalistic forces in Jammu and Kashmir.
Ravinder Raina further said in a press release that there seems to be communication gap between Lawyers and Administration which should by immediately addressed so that issues are settled as per aspirations of people. He asserted that Bharatiya Janata Party has long association with Jammu Bar and have fought many agitation together. He also offered to make all efforts to get justice for Lawyers who are justice providers to the society. It is hoped that effective talks will start without delay and all issues will be resolved.
