JAMMU: It was a day of sheer delight at Toddlers’ World, JK Public School Kunjwani, as the school’s youngest learners welcomed the summer in the most exciting way possible-with an electrifying Rain Dance Party! The air was buzzing with laughter, music and the squeals of joy as the little ones danced their hearts out under the cascading water jets in a magical, monsoon-themed setup.
Organized as part of JKPS Kunjwani’s experiential learning program, the event brought together the elements of play, creativity, physical development, and sensory exploration. The toddlers arrived wearing funky summer outfits, waterproof footwear and matching umbrellas turning the campus into a rainbow of happy hues.
Designed to beat the heat and give children a memorable day of fun, the Rain Dance Party was a part of the school’s interactive learning calendar that emphasizes joyful experiences and holistic development. The event transformed the school’s play area into a splash zone, complete with rain showers, peppy music, colorful decorations, and a mini monsoon vibe that thrilled the tiny tots.
The children, dressed in bright funky summer outfits, twirled and danced gleefully under the artificial rain, accompanied by their teachers who joined in to make the celebration even more engaging. From popular nursery rhymes to fun Bollywood numbers, the playlist had the kids swaying and singing along with excitement.
