JAMMU: A delegation led by Rahul Sahai Chairman PHDCCI Jammu Chapter along with Kuldeep Gupta Co Chairmain and Senior members Shantnu Gupta, Arush Mahajan from IT sector and Amarpreet Singh, Resident Officer, PHDCCI Jammu met Sunit Kumar President J&K Bank Jammu Division, here on Friday.
Sahai said that there is a great need to create awareness amongst the Start Up’s, MSME’s regarding various financial schemes of the bank available for them. He proposed that educational programs can be conducted in Universities, Industrial areas in collaboration with PHD Chamber.
He suggested designing loans according to requirement of students so that purpose of producing local skilled manpower be accomplished.
Other suggestions like Robust Digital Marketing, Online banking training videos, Single window complaints redressal, Marketing of properties on auction, Opening up new SME branches near new Industrial estates, At Par Netbanking / Mpay services with other banks , Reward program for regular account were given. Issues like Account statements not showing all entries, Disparity in Rate of interest, Mishandling of Customers, Genuine Valuation of Mortgaged Properties, Reduction in valuation charges , Payout on Auto loan business , Direct incentives to dealership manpower were also discussed.
Sunit Kumar said that due consideration will be given to all the issues and suggestions. Rajesh Dubey, Deputy General Manager, Zonal Head Jammu and Rohit Kumar In charge Advances and other officials of J&K Bank were also present in the meeting.
